* For products which are in stock: according to the law, the payment is made by bank transfer 14 days after the receipt of the product by the customer.
* For products which are produced on demand or which are subject to a customization request: refund is not available.
* In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use is detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product cannot be returned and the price cannot be refunded.
